• Machine Wash Cold: Launder on a standard gentle or casual cycle with cold water alongside similar light-colored garments using a mild, color-safe liquid detergent.

• Do Not Use Fabric Softeners or Bleach: Avoid chlorine bleach and liquid fabric softeners. Softeners can coat the elastane fibers, reducing their natural breathability and elasticity over time.

• Tumble Dry Low or Line Dry: Hang to dry in the shade or tumble dry on a low heat setting to keep cotton shrinkage to a minimum and protect the elastic waistband.

• Iron on Low Heat Only (If Needed): Press inside out on a low-to-medium temperature setting if necessary.

**Free Shipping for Purchases Over $150.00:**
Enjoy complimentary shipping on orders over $150.00! Delivery times range from 3 to 10 days, depending on your location. We utilize various couriers for shipments and Canada Post for deliveries to PO Boxes.

**Flat Rate Shipping Fees:**
For orders under $150.00 in British Columbia, Alberta, and Saskatchewan, a flat rate of $15.00 applies. For the rest of Canada, the flat rate is $20.00. Shipping times typically range from 3 to 10 days from the time of order.
